YAP-Graphite-002 (Graphite)
· YAP-Graphite-002 is a colloidal dispersion formed by fine graphite in water. Due to its water-based properties, it can effectively cool molds, thereby reducing mold wear and extending their service life.
· The graphite produces less dirt than oil-based products, which reduces cleaning time and makes the working environment cleaner and more environmentally
friendly.
· YAP-Graphite-002 only produces water vapor and requires no other treatment.
YAP-Clean 50 (Graphite Cleaner)
· YAP-Clean50 is a high-tech concentrated detergent that is free of hydrocarbon solvents and chlorinated compounds.
· YAP-Clean50 is used for repair shop cleaning,floor cleaning,forging shop cleaning,graphite cleaning,floor cleaning, motor transport vehicles or railway cleaning by immersion cargo injection method.
· YAP-Clean50 is the ideal detergent for steam and high pressure washing(steam cleaners).Under these conditions,the product shows a high washing capacity.The concentration used depends on the level of dirt to be removed.
Performance characteristic (Graphite Cleaner)
· YAP-Clean50 has a high detergency to easily remove grease and dirt;It penetrate seven the thickest layers of dirt and scale. It also removes dust deposits from train brake discs,which are known for their strength and toughness.
· Oil and grease separated during the cleaning process can rise rapidly and exceed the sprayed solution.The strongly diluted solution of YAP-Clean50,as used in practice,is below the neutral range and therefore requires no further neutralization,thus being considered an eco-friendly product.
· The coatings are custom formulated to maximize cost-efficiency,and workability for melting, casting, forging, rolling,drawing,extruding,pressing,forming and other operations.
Instructions
YAP-Graphite-002 (Graphite)
· YAP-Graphite-002 is especially designed to be applied by automatic or manual spraying systems.
· It can be applied diluted between 1:10 and 1:20, according to the complexity of the process, preferably in demineralized water, but also in tap water.
· The dilution has to take place by pouring the product into water and stirring until a homogeneous mix is obtained.
YAP-Clean 50 (Graphite Cleaner)
· YAP-Clean 50 can be used pure (tough stains) or water diluted (from 1:1 to 1:20) by steam cleaner,sprayed or by brush.
· Let the product act for 15 minutes, and wash out with pressurized water. Let parts and components clean by submersing them in a immersion tank. The cleaning process could be accelerated by heating the bath between 40-60ºC.
· Working concentration in steam cleaners or high pressure systems - 0.5 to 3.0 %; 10 %(tough stains).
